The O’Daniel Automotive Group has done it again, with the Audi Fort Wayne location winning the Indiana Dealer of the Year award by DealerRater. The O’Daniel Automotive Group has won the award for every one of their dealerships (Audi, Porsche, Mazda, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Ford), making them the only dealer group in the state to win this prestigious award for every one of their locations.

DealerRater gives this award to the dealerships with the highest scores based on the reviews that they have received from customers. There are three criteria that are analyzed when winning the Dealer of the Year Satisfaction Awards. These categories include the number of reviews, the positive reviews, and finally, the average score. Based on the dealer’s performances of DealerRater, the number of reviews, as well as a dealer’s average star rating, a PowerScore is then calculated.

There are several qualifications and requirements to win such a competitive award. The dealership must first have an average rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 stars, must have a minimum of 25 reviews on the DealerRater website, and must also have positive reviews in every single quarter of the previous calendar year.

The reviews are based on feedback from new and well as used-car shoppers, as well as those who took their vehicles into the dealership for service or repair.

The Audi Fort Wayne Dealership has been working hard to meet any and all needs of their customers by providing certified pre-owned vehicles as well as reliable parts with exceptional service along the way. And their hard work has certainly paid off.

“Today’s car shoppers pay attention to reviews and a dealership’s online reputation,” explains Jamie Oldershaw, DealerRater General Manager, adding that this makes the significance of this award “crucial to dealers looking to thrive in today’s business environment.”

Audi Fort Wayne is one of those dealerships that are thriving, along with the entire O’Daniel Automotive Group as a whole. Be sure to stop by and experience the difference!
